Larsen's Surface Mounted Fire Extinguisher Cabinet AL-2409-R7-SD (MP5/MP10)
Larsen’s Architectural Series Fire Extinguisher Cabinets provide a traditional,
value-added design that complements all building types. Offered in recessed,
semi-recessed, and surface-mounted configurations, each cabinet is constructed
with ½" thick doors that open a full 180°, featuring a satin finish pull handle,
self-adjusting roller catch, and a continuous piano hinge matching the door and
trim. The semi-recessed model projects 1-1/2" from the wall, maintaining a
streamlined profile while accommodating a 10 lb. fire extinguisher. With
Solid Door glazing and durable aluminum construction, the Architectural
Series delivers both functionality and a clean, professional appearance.
Lock Specification:
The Larsen-Loc® offers quick access to locked fire extinguisher cabinets without
the need to break glass. In an emergency, the door opens by pulling firmly on
the handle, ensuring fast and reliable operation. Each unit comes with a
factory-applied decal reading: “IN CASE OF
FIRE ONLY – PULL FIRMLY ON HANDLE.” (Priced Above)
Trim and Door Specification: Aluminum trims are fabricated from
high-quality extruded aluminum with mitered corners for a clean, finished
appearance. Ideal for use in salt air or other corrosion-prone environments,
aluminum provides lasting durability. A clear satin anodized finish is standard
on all trims and doors, with optional color anodized finishes available upon
request.
