To use a Credit Card, simply fill out the information when you "Check Out".
 

To use a Purchase Order, complete a credit application in PDF or Word format and fax it, with your Purchase Order to (409) 840-5545.  If you are a government agency, city, county, state, school, or non-profit hospital just fax or mail us a signed PO, preferably with your logo on it, and we can begin processing your order without having to complete a credit application.  When you "Check Out" you will find an option to use a PO.  Type in your PO number and complete the "Check Out" process.  You will need to fax or email your signed PO also.


To open an Account, please complete a credit application in PDF or Word format.  Once you are approved you will receive an account number that can be used to order products on-line.  You must be pre-approved to use this option.

Any 1st time customer ordering toilet partitions must pay 50% upfront with check or credit card.  They must still submit a credit application for approval.  This is for new first time customers only.
